Ulnar nerve damage, how long for an op?

Hi, i was hit by a car 1 year ago and 1 of my injuries was a serious compound fracture to my elbow(i was told im lucky to still have my arm). I had a bone graft in january and have been in a lot of pain since then, i went to the hospital a few weeks ago and explained my symptoms, pins and needles, sharp shooting pains down my arm. The hospital done some tests and said i need to go to another hospital for nerve tests. I had my appointment yesterday and they found that there is damage to my nerve but he said its not an urgent case but he said i will need an op. My question is how long will it take for my hospital to get the results and how long will it be to get the op. I do have pain killers which i dont like to take too much as they are tramadol which i know can be addictive, so i only take them when i really cant handle the pain. Is there any thing else i could do to help while i wait. I will never have full use of my arm and the bone has still not healed even since the bone graft, so my arms very uncomfortable anyway. Any advise welcome.

I am in the U.K. and my vet gave me a prescription to take to the chemist but I have tried numerous ones and none of them are able to get it. Been back in touch with vets and they say they can't get it either.

My partner left me a few days ago saying he needed time to clear his head and i eventually heard from him that he wanted to be own his own. The thing is when i asked him again if he was happy on his own now he said no. I still think he wants to be with me as one night when he was drunk he text me during the night saying he would love me to come across and see him. There's other things that just make me believe he wants to be with me but like still saying i love you and texting and phoning to see if i'm ok, but i don't know if i'm only just really hoping. I've been with him for just over two years and we have a ten-month-old son and i'm about to have our 2nd baby in 6weeks. Please help, i need him back and know hes making a huge mistake but he won't listen when i tell him! He was on 8 Tramadol tablets a day and i know you can get really bad side effects from them which i think is what's wrong with him. I want him back now to sort everything out for our babies:(

I borrowed some painkillers from a friends to help with pain I was having. It was Tramadol,and from what ive heard its a relatively safe drug. Well I took 100mg and about 2 minutes later my heart rate started to speed up like crazy. I was nervous and threw up to try to get it out of my system. Was I just being paranoid or does someone know why this happened?

I broke my ankle/bottom leg last August and required surgery to insert pin. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and had the pin removed, no problems. My friend whom is a nurse removed my stitches 14 days later. Last Wednesday the same friend slipped and fell back onto the ankle. I was in agony and couldnt walk. The ankle was swollen so I went to the hospital. I explained everything and they did an x-ray. They said that the old fracture had healed but was still showing as line in xray & still week with hollow bit due to the pin being removed. Im not sure if they checked for further damage anywhere else or ligemants/tendoms. Only to make sure old fracture wasnt hurt again. They advised me it was a bad sprain and gave me pain relief to take home. Im already on Co-Codomal and Tramadol but they also gave me 600mg of Ibuprofen to take 3 times a day. I rested for nearly a week and the pain was getting better until yesterday. The pain became very bad and I had burning, shooting and almost electric shock pains in it spreading up the leg, even my hip. It feels like flu pain that you get only 10 times worse with little jolts of pain. Slight tingling. Its not as swollen and not sore or warm to touch. Ive not been taking the pain killers constantly as Ive been on them a long time an dont want to get addicted just take when I cant take pain anymore like today and its only eased although im drowsey. Ive nearly been crying with the pain a few times and I have a high threshold for pain. Im currently on sofa with leg raised but Im quite concerned about the pain as a friend suggested it could be an infection in the bone or nerve damage. I know if I go and see my GP they will just tell me to go to the hospital but Im reluctant to go to the hospital again as they said it was just a sprain and dont want them to think Im wasting there time however as the swelling and pain had eased earlier in the week and now its back and very sore/keeping me awake im worried. Ive also been feeling sick with diahorrea few days ago, have sore throat with white spots and generally look n feel awful,sweating buckets at night which is prob unrelated.Any suggestions?Please be kind, Im not suggesting Im a proffessional or anyone else is but I dont want to waste a doctor/hospitals time and I hate NHS 24. Ive tried to explain it my best..hopefully its not swine flu!!!
