DOES ANYONE THINK NURSE IS TO BLAME?

I HAVE HAD CHRONIC BRONCHITIS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS. AND HAVE BEEN ON DIFFERENT MEDICINES. ONE BEING THEOPHYLLINE , AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN WELLL CONTROLLED. AND THROUGH THE YEARS, I TRIED TO HELP MYSELF CUTTING OUT CIGS ETC,so i was not always going to doctors a lot with it. and one day practice nurse called me in and said ; i dont think you have bronchitis i think you have asthma; she then told me to take symbicort which has a steroid in it , i told her i did not want to take the symbicort, as i know it was bronchitis i have, and it was doctor who diagnoised the bronchitis. in the first place ,but she told me to take it, i also have glaucoma for the last 15 years, but it was always well controlled and never bothered me. whilst i was on this symbicort i took all sorts of side effects, palpatations high blood pressure, oral thrush eventually a doctor said she agreed with me and took me off the symbicort, i was on it 6 months , i also found out you should not take symbicort if you have glaucoma, as it can raise eye pressure. what i also took while on it was a glaucoma attack ,which i had never had in my life, so i had a trabeculectomy in one eye 2 weeks ago i am awaiting and getting other eye done now. and i am also back on my old medicines which nurse changed is nurse to blame for all this thaanks for advice you have given me here,i do realise what you are saying, but those days do practice nurses some anyway not now prescribe,

I have Wet Cough everyday, but only 2-3 times a day . Before I Cough ,for start , i feel my breathing is going to heavy and with a little noise, then little by Little increase till push me to cough . it takes around 20-30 min and then little by little stop. My Cough is including Clear Muscus.I don't understand why ?it make me crazy!! This cough mostly come in the midnight and also morning when i want wake up . When i faced to cold Air,or drink water ( some times even RT water make me cough). But recently every night make problem for me and my family!! ONLY when I have Theophylline Retard it help me to sleep and stop cough for some hours,I find , if i have this medicine 2-3times a day , cough don't follow me.But it make me tired, I don't want have medicine everyday . Please help me what can i do to cure it and stop it. It come suddenly During the day some time . I am so much tired about it. Thank u so much I should inform that , i never smoke in my life.
