UTI/Bladder infection + hardcore stomach pains? What is going on??!!?

I've been feeling extremely tired and overall just not very well for about a week and a half now. I went to the doctor two days ago and was told I have a UTI and a bladder infection, and he also put me on medicine for chest congestion to stop the sharp chest pains I've been having. Here's the problem.. after taking this medication, my stomach is in such severe pain I just want to rip it out. I'm so nauseated that I don't even want to eat and can't eat much, but if I don't eat when I take the medicine, it just makes my stomach hurt that much worse. I have IBS but it's never really shown any bad behavior when I've taken other medications. The pill for infection, I've had before- just another version of Bactrim. Never given me a problem. The chest congestion stuff is just over the counter and I doubt it's an issue. The other pill I'm on is new to me and changes my pee to a bright orange (that was a surprise). It's supposed to help with the pain and discomfort associated with UTIs and such. I don't see why it'd give me any problems, I'm not allergic to any medicines that I know of, so what is going on?! I've been having a lot of trouble with fever and pretty much sweating and burning to death out of nowhere. Before I got on the medicine, I was throwing up a bit more than usual. And the most annoying of all of the issues pre-medication is the fatigue. It's been so bad whenever it hits because I'm not normally a lazy person, but it just has been draining all of my energy completely. So.. if the meds don't help me feel any better, I go back next week to get checked for mono, and I wanted any ideas on what else could be wrong with me. (This couldn't possible be pregnancy-related, could it? Coz it seems a bit too painful. Like, I feel confident that if there was something in there, this pain would be killing it right now.) What I'm Currently On: Sulfamethoxazole Phenazopyridine (this is the new one) Guaifenesin (chest congestion- OOC) Ocella (usual BC- should be irrelevant to this, but still)

I've had extreme pain in the right side of my abdomen for about almost two days. I went to the doctors and they gave me phenazopyridine. But its not working. I only took it once but it was like 5 hours ago when i took it. And its not helping. I can't describe the pain except 10000 times worse than menstrual cramps. And it like radiates. Sometimes it will start at my right side then like move to my left side. But sometimes it doesn't. And it will go away then come back. I just got off my period but I don't think its cramps. Help! Whats causing this? Is it appendicitis? If it is, how long do I have to get to a hospital to get help? How will I make my mom drive me to the hospital?

So earlier i poste a question thinking i have a UTI. But i got a few answers and realized I may not have one...right after i took 2 phenazopyridine pills. Will i be okay? This wont cause any harm will it?
