I use the bathroom sometimes alot and sometimes in close increments. but I dont have any infection?

I have been tested for anything possible, such as UTIs, stds, pelvic examination. and a bladder ultrasound. Sometimes I go alot at night also about at the most 2 times. I do drink alot of water well about 4 and a half pints a day. I dont understand the reason. I dont know if im drinking too much. I heard of flavoxate and its suppose to be a bladder muscle relaxer. but only doctors presciption. I dont have insurance. is there any type of natural remedie/foods that can help? I drink cranberry juice and yogurts and overall I eat pretty healthy. thanks
