first time mild attack of gout?

I m 23 male, got mild gout attack on both knee,doctor gave allopurinol , etoricoxib and piroxicam and omepraz , uric acid 7.1 Q1. should i take this medicine or can be okay with diet change ? Q2. is it necessary to take this for whole life as i found adverse effects ?? please guide me

Hi, Threee Months back I was having severe left hip and left jaw pain. I met the doctor and he diagnosed it as Tuberculosis. He suggested the TB medicines (AKT-4 and AKT-3) for 9 months. For the pain, he suggested the Electroxib-90 and Histac-150mg. I started to take these medicenes since 45 days. I am taking these tablets like below: Rifampicin Capsule – 1 morning before breakfast Ethambutol hydrochloride and Isoniazid tablet – 1 after breakfast Pyrazinamide – 1 after breakfast Benadon - 1 after breakfast Etoricoxib -90 after dinner Histac – 150mg after dinner Now I got relief from left hip and left jaw pain but I am getting severe right jaw pain since last 2 weeks. I am not able to eat anything. Still I am taking these medicines. Why I am getting this pain even I am taking TB tablets?? These tablets are working or not? Can you please suggest me how to control this pain? I am eagerly waiting for your reply……

hi i went to the doctor today and he prescribed to me Arcoxia the active ingredient is etoricoxib. the leaflet says that it is uesd for gout and rheumatoid arthrities but my doctor prescribed it what shoul i do ?? thank you m_hollard for answering but i think it's from stress no migrane no faint and i've taken 4 tablets of panadol it's active ingredient is paracetamol

I had severe backpain 10years before.I consulted an ortho doctor and he advised me to undergo physiotherapy tretment and taught some exercises too.I got relief by doing those exercises.I am not doing those exercises for the past 5 years.Now few days before I lifted a weighty object and from that I have backpain at the end of my right ribs.Doctor asked me to take codeine phosphate 9mg,paracetamol 500mg and etoricoxib 90mg.But no relief.
