Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor Cancer while Pregnant?

I am 22 years old, and just found out i am pregnant. I was diagnosed with Primitive Neuroectoderal Tumor in 2006. In the past year I have gone through 4 surgeries (remove tumor, reconstruion, put in and removal of port), 23 cycles of chemo (11 of vincristine, doxyrubicin, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, and ifosfamide, and 12 cycles of cyclophosphamide and topotecan), 25 rounds of radiation. My tumor is in the chest. Does anyone know of any research or ideas?

My husband has small cell and NSC stage 4 lung cancer. The cancer has spread to his liver, lymph nodes and the bones of his ribs, hips, theighs and left arm. He has been told he is having aggressive chemo using Cisplatin & Etoposide.

The person in question has so far had three cycles of the BEP regimen of chemotherapy, for an ovarian teratoma. However, she has now been told that potentially they can stop the bleomycin because they aren't sure whether it's having an effect, leaving just etoposide and cisplatin(um). We know that the bleomycin definitely causes alopecia, but will it continue the bleomycin won't be given? Are the other drugs responsible for it too? Thanks in advance

i have stage 2 ovarian cancer i have to do 6 cycles of chemo (or more it depends) and i will taking Bleomycin, etoposide, and cisplatin. All meds have hair loss as their side effects. I have very long thick hair, and i don't want to cut it. I was told that i may want to cut my hair to sholder length. Now im debating on cutting it, and i just wanted to know if i should cut it or leave it alone? and if i was left with no hair, where do you buy human hair wigs? and how much do they cost?
