Is gastritis related to stress in mind?

Dear Readers, I always get this pain in my stomach upper part and burps too when I get late to have my meals or when I get worried of some thing ex: test, some one-get sick etc. I’ve been having this problem for many years now, I think it’s Gastritis and get an anti acid like Gaviscon and it gives a temporary relief, a doctor gave me Nexium 20mg esomeprazole. When I have that it makes me better, but I don’t know if it is good to take it often. It is a prescription only medicine so I have to go to doctor again to get it back. Any doctors out there who can help me with this? Is there a better medicine? What causes Gastritis? Thanks for your time.

Over the past few months about twice a month i have a day where my stomach is very messed up, i feel like throwing up though i never do, egg smelling burps (the worst part of it all) but that's all that happens. About 5 years ago i was diagnosed with Acid reflux disease and i think they told me i have a Hiatus hernia caused by the acid eating away at it, i have been on Esomeprazole or Nexium (40mg) i stoped using the drug for about a year but recently started using it again now that the price has dropped from my insuance. I have no other known existing problems so what could cause of the above illness, please answer i have look on the internet and found others have these exact problems but no one knows why. Im 16 280 lbs 6'3

I take diazepam every now and then prescribed by my doctor and she has now prescribed Esomeprazole. I have read on a medical website that Esomeprazole can increases the concentration in blood of diazepan What does it mean? Am I safe? 8yrs of abdominal pain. SO many tests. Endoscopies, colonoscopies, CTs, blood tests. No answer except Hiatus Hernia, small divaticular disease and the IBS. Feb 2008 flared up in my Left upper abdo and under breastbone to belly button.Specilist said i didnt have hernia anymore! Endoscopy just showed scaring- acid reflux damage? U/sound said i had a 'FATTY PANCREASE'. What the.... had fatty lliver previous but iv reversed that with weight loss. I was flying home Sunday, intense pain again. Collapsed mid-flight home from pain. Hospital cldnt find cause. Awaiting specialist aptmnt again. Frustrated. Pain relieves but not 100%. They ruled out blood clot and stuff. I am at loss. I know i have pain but they think its in your head when nothing shows. My fiance is at a loss too. How do i get answer? Im on pain tablets and esomeprazole 40mg but not really working. It can get worse with eating esp very spicy or fatty foods. Any ideas??? Im over it totally at the moment!!!
