DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE VA COVERS bicalutamide MEDICINE FOR PROSTATE CANCER?

my father is diagnosed with Gleason IV adenocarcinoma of the prostate with slight bone metastases to ischium and L11-L12 vertebrea.. i want to know if there is any effective treatment for this type of cancer. He underwent bilateral orchiectomy and is taking bicalutamide tablets (50 mg)... He also had an injection of zoledronic acid 4 mg I want to know if these treatments are the best available. OR Sir, is it not treatable.. if it, can u tell me the life span.. We are all worried, plz reply as soon as possible
